Welcome to Road to Inches
I want to take the time to thank you for visiting my website. My name is Amber Harley and I am the creator of Road to Inches. First and foremost, I am a mother to an amazing little princess named Peyton Rose Harley and a wife to the greatest man walking the face of the earth. Once upon a time I competed in the NPC (in the bikini division), I have my undergraduate degree in Nursing, and the video that's playing is from 8 weeks after having my daughter! Talk about dedication! I literally live at Ross, Marshalls, and TJ Maxx because my home is a never-ending project. Lifting is my passion, my family is my world, and pod cast/Ted talks keep me sane. This is just a little about me before you learn more about Road to Inches, so hopefully we have the opportunity to work together!

Your 4 weeks of Online Coaching

Every week you're responsible to check in with your coach. This is where you will provide your current weight, measurements, and any additional questions that you may have. This is to make sure that the plan you were provided with is working and if it needs to be tweaked, it can be!
With participation you have Unlimited Email Access. This is like having your own personal coach 24/7 and at the palm of your hand. Have a question? No problem! Your coach is here to help you along the way. Did I mention that you also receive daily motivational emails, quotes, challenges and so much more?!
Optional Support Group with other participating clients. This is where you share your meal ideas, workouts, ask questions, give advice, and support others throughout their journey. Remember you're not alone and now you can hold each other accountable! 
All clients receive a list of recipes recommended for the program, an adjustable meal plan, and a meal prep guide. Want to learn how to determine your MACROS? We have your back! 
Whether you have a gym membership or plan to workout from home, we have a plan for you. Do you already have a personal trainer or take a class you love? Great! Let's implement that into your plan!

"One day I woke up tired of being tired. Not only was I not happy with the way I looked but emotionally I was drained as well. I knew at that very moment it was time to make a change, and with the help of many friends along the way, I did. 6 years later and I have developed a love and passion for something I was once unfamiliar with (and so can you). I created Road to Inches a little over 2 years ago with the hope of helping just one person achieve their goals. Now I am proud to say that I’ve helped hundreds, literally, live a healthier lifestyle. This program is not about being the next fitness model. It’s about being the best version of yourself, for yourself. Sounds a little selfish? Well, it’s not. I’m a strong believer in self-love and self-worth, two things I speak a lot about in my program. If we are not happy with who we are, we can’t possibly shine our light onto others. As a mother and wife, I find this extremely important."
